South West Healthy Country Kids has a specialised team of community child health nurses who provide a range of free services to support parents in their parenting journey by:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Providing information, support and professional guidance to parents in country Western Australia;<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Providing child health and developmental assessments to every child in country Western Australia at key developmental ages; and<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Referring babies or children to tailored and specialist programs where required, in order to support parents\/carers to optimise the child\u2019s health outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your Child Health Nurse can see you at different locations depending on your needs, e.g. daycare visit, home visit or clinic appointment.<\/strong><\/p>\n
