In-Person Appointments
You can book an in-person appointment with a Child Health Nurse at any clinics by calling us on 1800 457 949.
At three clinics, Eaton, Kingston, and Dunsborough, we are currently trialling online bookings below.
You can also fill in the request form below for any clinic.
Your Child Health appointment will take about an hour. If you or your child is unwell, please do not attend your appointment, call us on the above number and we will reschedule.
